Delivery times
The standard delivery time for our products is (unless otherwise stated) 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Individual cases depend on the workload of the respective logistics company at the time the order is placed. For international deliveries, the standard delivery time is 3-6 business days. Shipping costs Germany
We offer free shipping on net order values of €175 or more. For net order values from €75 to under €175, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €7.50 net. For orders under €75 net, we additionally charge a small-order surcharge of €6 net.
Shipping Costs EU
Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland and the Czech Republic: flat-rate shipping fee €19.90
Andorra, Italy, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, and Vatican City: Flat shipping rate €24.90.
Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus: Flat-rate shipping fee €29.90.
For Sweden and Finland: flat-rate shipping €35.90.
For orders under 75 € net, we charge an additional small order surcharge of 6 € net.
Returns of incorrectly ordered goods
Spare parts and items with the following note are excluded from returns from the outset: „This is a special-order item; returns due to an incorrect order are NOT possible. If in doubt, please call us BEFORE ordering!“!
For other returns of incorrectly ordered merchandise, please be sure to contact us by phone in advance. We will do our best to handle the matter fairly, but reserve the right to charge a flat return processing fee of 20% (min. 15 €).
In the event of a return, please be sure to include a cover letter stating the reason for the return and the name of our contact person with whom the return was agreed, so that the return can be properly processed.
We assume no liability for unsolicited returns.
